Enrolling in NDC is as easy as 1, 2, 3 ...

1. Click on the Voya Enrollment Form to the right.
2. Decide the following:
   1. Amount you want deducted per paycheck (this amount can be changed at anytime)
   2. List your beneficiaries
    
3. Sign and date the form and fax to the NDC office at (775) 684-3399 or email to deferredcomp@defcomp.nv.gov
